Hublot Big Bang King Watches
Hublot is a brand that has made a rare mark on the world. In 1980, Carlo Crocco defied convention by creating a solid gold Hublot watch fitted with the first ever strap in natural rubber. Since then, the Hublot brand has grown into one of the hottest watch brands in the world. The Big Bang watch phenomenom has spawned models that sell at or above list price. Names such as "All Black", "All Chocolate", "Aspen", "Black Magic", "Cappuchino", "Chocolate Bang", "Ice Bang", "Luna Rosa", "Madre Perla", "Mat Series", "Monaco Yacht Club", "Portocervo", "Smiling Children", "St. Moritz", and "Valentine's Day" have created a buzz that has seldom been seen in the watch industry. Then there are the colorful versions of the Big Bang series that include the "Tutti Frutti" watches, otherwise known as "Blue Carat", Orange Carat", and "Purple Carat". In addition, Hublot has associated the Big Bang watch with popular football (soccer) teams around world, such as the "Red Devil" (Manchester United), "Mexican Football Association", "Spanish Football Association", and "Swiss Football Association". But, besides these limited edition models, even the stainless steel, rose gold, and black ceramic versions of the Big Bang watch are also in high demand and low supply typically. And, even pre-owned Big Bang watches can often sell at a premium price in a market where the demand often exceeds the supply.
In 2007, a new “diver” Big Bang was launched – this was the third version in terms of its size: the Big Bang King was given an oversized case measuring 48mm, but which adapts remarkably well to slender and large wrists alike!
